Go On  A Ghost Adventure With Me!

One of my most favorite shows on TV has to be Ghost Adventures, on the Travel Channel. At first I laughed at the crew of the three young men, who set out on each episode with the intent on locking themselves in a spooky building until dawn in order to connect with the spirits who are reputed to still linger and haunt the place. But quickly I added incredulity to my laughter, and have kept watching ever since.

Zak is the head ghost hunter of the crew, and his personality is just over-the-top hilarious. He talks so loud, so passionately and then hushes everyone to silence to hear something. But I have to admit, he has had some amazing experiences that I find hard to dispute. Nick is so very handsome (giggles), and has had some pretty intense happenings of his own for us to witness. Aaron is adorable and cracks me up with his exclamations and expressions of surprise at hearing or feeling something otherworldly. They all carry cameras and ghost-detecting equipment. What is also interesting is the research they do beforehand regarding the history behind these various places of interest.

I thought I’d share with you all today some video clips of their best evidence so far from their show. New episodes are currently being shown, but I think the most provocative pieces of evidence have been shown during past seasons.

***Take the time to click on this video clip and pick your favorite piece of evidence. Tell me which it is and you are entered to win a free eBOOK of GHOST OF A CHANCE, my newest ghostly romance! Leave your email addy so I can reach you. Enjoy…

**Just in case you aren’t a winner, you can still grab yourself a copy of Ghost of a Chance at www.decadentpublishing.com  or amazon.com. It’s a terribly romantic ghost story for Decadent Publishing’s 1-Night Stand series! Can you say 3 flames?

Susannah’s married to her career. And she’s about ready for a divorce. Drowning in grief over the loss of her husband years ago, she initially immersed herself in a high-powered position at her marketing firm. But recently, she’s lost that loving feeling. Is she finally able to accept that her need for a man, for love in her life is stronger than her desire to bury it?

Remy, once a high-profile building magnate, is a ghost of a man, literally. Cursed by a vengeful ex-wife he neglected, he’s relegated to shadows of his former world. She meant for him to spend the rest of his life without the chance of normalcy ever again, and he believed she succeeded. But could there be a way out?

Susannah and Remy, two people ghosting through life, until they are brought together by a fateful One Night Stand. Both are seeking re-entry to the land of the living and loving. Can they fulfill each other’s deepest desires and learn what it means to live again?

I LOVE Ghost Adventures. I’m a self-proclaimed skeptic so there isn’t much “evidence” that I accept as proof of the supernatural. I do love how the different shows (I love Ghost Hunters, too) try to bring truth to the afterlife.
The spikes in the EMF meters are interesting and when the teddy bear falls off of a chair in an empty room.
My husband and I take bets on how many times Aaron is going to say “Oh My God” in an episode!

LOL I do the same thing with Aaron! Hahahha! I love Ghost Hunters, too. I’d be terrified to go on a hunt myself since I’m paralyzed by darkness, but I would go during the day! LOL

      1. Sapphyria says:

I’m not a big fan of the dark either. I would love to tour some of the places they’ve done lockdowns at though….also during the day. 🙂

  2. SharonS says:

will have to go with the teddy bear moving! I have never watched this show. Thanks for the chance to win! 🙂

    1. deenaremiel says:

You’re welcome! give it a try! You’ll laugh at Zak’s over the top personality, and then… you’ll get serious with the evidence they collect.

      1. Sapphyria says:

Zak cracks me up…his personality and that hair 🙂

  3. i think i’d have to go with the teddy bear one as well…

Wow, now that was a very interesting video. It’s interesting when our eyes may see a trickery of light but to me that is not proof no matter if they have it on film. But what is proof to me is the surrounding feelings of their presence or the movement of an object like in the one scene with the teddy bear, now that was something and grabbed my interest more. Also the sound’s in the mental hospital of the humming of the girl, that was evidence clearly and freaky as shit. Great video and now I will thinking about it all night and waking up looking or listening for ghost – LOL

    Happy Halloween!

  7. I have to agree with Ronda, little kids freak me out and that humming thing was just flat out freaky.

That was a pretty cool video even though I thought the part about Jack was really sad. I can imagine a child being trapped down there and really frghtened almost so the fear folloows him into death
Looks almost like hes searching for comfort.

      I know… I agree…

  11. I confess that real or not, I find all these shows scare me. I thought the stuff going on at the hospital seemed pretty impressive- the humming, the mist, and the floating moat.

    1. deenaremiel says:

AND, there are 2 more parts with more evidence! I couldn’t put all three on here though. You’d all be watching for 45 minutes! LOL

  13. Eva P. says:

Oh Ghost Hunters is a favorite of mine, love watching the guys reactions to happenings around them. My favorite piece of evidence is the moving teddy bear, now that is spooky!!

  20. Laura H. says:

When I first saw how long this video clip was, I thought it was too long to hold my attention. WRONG! I got so engrossed that before I knew it the nearly 15-minute clip was done. For me the most credible piece of evidence was the teddy bear moving……but then so was the little girl humming, the white mist and the “shadows” moving. 🙂

    BornajhawkATaolDOTcom

    1. deenaremiel says:

LOL Well, there are 2 more clips of that length that follow, but I couldn’t see putting all three on at the same time. Yeah, I thought all were pretty compelling, myself… 😉

  21. Thank you for the giveaway!! And thank you for the awesome video!! I love ghost hunt shows and the evidence in this video was brilliant! My fav was the Edinburgh Vaults where the teddy bear moved. CREEEEEEEPYYYY!!

    1. deenaremiel says:

You’re welcome! Even though sometimes the evidence creeps me out, I love it!

  22. JoAnna B says:

I would have to go with the teddy bear moving. I occasionally watch ghost hunters. I haven’t watched this show. Thanks for the giveaway!
